Today I felt like I was in need of a boost of energy so I visited the gym for a training session. I now know that ‘wellness’ is also synonymous for physical exercise and movement. In fact, it helps me to reduce stress, reinforce my immune system and overall, make me feel full of energy! For this reason, I dropped by the swimming pool and took part in an amusing session of WaterGym!
Speaking of water, I’ve discovered that thermal water is a strong ally in the fight against cellulite, as it actives the metabolism, stimulates blood circulation, and improves muscle tone.
Finally, I gave myself a relaxing solarium session to flaunt a golden tan in the evening.
