As far as the proposals are concerned, it's very easy. Our proposals differ in the catering services that are included.
We have a restaurant inside the hotel where we offer refined, delicious cuisine with always varied dishes to be enjoyed in an elegant environment. Every week, we also accompany you with a program of gastronomic events and themed evenings.
When booking your stay, you can select half board or full board, saving on the price of meals. If you prefer to be freer and decide whether to have lunch or dinner once you arrive at the hotel, you can book a room with breakfast included and add lunch and/or dinner directly at the hotel.
The right proposal for each guest:
[BB] Bed and breakfast: Overnight stay with buffet breakfast included.
[HB] Half board: Overnight stay, buffet breakfast and dinner.
[FB] Full board: Overnight stay, buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner.
At the Hotel Terme Helvetia, we offer 2 different types of rates to satisfy the different needs and requests of our guests.

2. Standard Rate
The BeSafe Plus rate always has a more advantageous price and includes cancellation insurance. This is the cheapest rate we offer.
This rate requires payment of the entire amount of the stay at the time of booking by credit card.
The Web Rate costs a little more, does not include insurance, but allows you to cancel the reservation without any penalty up to 7 days from the check-in date.
Why is the BeSafe Plus rate cheaper despite including insurance?
We want to offer our guests an economically advantageous rate with the best protection in case of unforeseen events and, for this reason, we offer it with the best guaranteed price.

• Payment at the hotel: a credit card is requested as a guarantee during the booking process, but no amount is collected. The balance of the stay is paid directly at the hotel.
• Online payment of the entire amount of the stay by credit card at the time of booking, only if you book the stay with the BeSafe Rate.
• Payment in installments via Scalapay: you can also take advantage of the SCALAPAY installment payment, which gives you the possibility of paying for your stay in 3 convenient instalments WITHOUT ANY INTEREST OR INCREASE. Where you see the SCALAPAY symbol, it is possible to pay with this method.
